Is Dropshipping Halal? Ownership, GST and Consumer Law for NZ Muslims (2026)
Dropshipping as usually practised sells goods you do not own, which the Shariah forbids. Agency and salam structures fix it. Then the NZ rules: GST at $60,000, the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
